Created by famed Pilates trainer Mari Winsor, this rapid-fire routine combines graceful signature Pilates moves with light hand weights for a resistance workout to help to accelerate sculpting and toning. With precise body posturing, you don’t need to spend a lot of time to create the long, lean Pilates look. Instructional DVD (20 minutes) and two body sculpting weights (450gm each) included.
