The FIRM CardioWeights™
To be sure you lose weight faster than you ever thought possible, The FIRM Total Body TransFIRMation System includes The FIRM CardioWeights™, The FIRM's most effective fitness tool yet. These adjustable hand weights add all the resistance you need to get results right away. You pick your resistance level for each workout and increase the resistance as you become stronger, leaner and more confident! This practical and versatile fitness tool is the perfect way to re-shape and slim down your body! We specifically created these CardioWeights to be used in conjunction with The FIRM's unique blend of aerobics and body sculpting exercises. When used according to The FIRM Master Instructor's directions, you will begin toning and fat-burning immediately. The CardioWeights™ are designed to change from 1 pound to 16 pounds quickly and easily. The handles weight 1 pound each without any added weights and each of the add-on weigh 1 pound each. To begin, the handles alone can be used for upper- and lower-body exercises until you feel comfortable adding more resistance. To add weights, simply screw the weights into their counterparts in a clockwise motion and twist until you they have locked and you can not twist any further.
The FIRM CardioWeight™ System works because it combines fat-burning cardio and body-sculpting weights – to burn up to three times more fat than aerobics alone. Hard Core Fusion taught by Allie Del Rio Pointer is The Firm's innovative hybrid of aerobics and weight training with body-transforming power! Allie guides you through high-energy cardio and distinctive body sculpting exercises that will give you the lean, strong body of your dreams. It runs for 55 minutes with a 35 minute “Express” option. This Signature Total Body FIRM Workout combines the sculpting you learned in Hi-Def Sculpt and the cardio you learned in Cardio Fusion for up to 3 times the fat burning as a regular cardio workout. You will burn fat AND sculpt a lean shapely body.
Cardio Overdrive taught by Alison Davis, will kick your weight loss into high gear. Unique low impact cardio and body shaping exercises burn calories both during and after this dynamic workout. Tone your legs, arms and waist to the high-energy beat with easy-to-follow steps and Alison’s expert coaching. Cardio Overdrive is a 45 minute heart-pumping, fat burning workout with a 25 minute “Express” option. Kick your body into gear by burning calories and watch your body shrink before your eyes! You’ll burn calories, shrink your body and have great time with this energising cardio workout. This exhilarating workout will quickly become one of your favourites!
Hi-Def Sculpt taught by Annie Lee provides the perfect introduction to The FIRM body shaping exercises at a slower pace. Upper and lower body moves are designed to maximise effectiveness, while minimising your time commitment. It runs 45 minutes with a 25 minute “Express” option. Annie introduces you to The FIRM's basic moves at a slower pace so anyone can learn them. Not wasting a minute of your time, this knockout workout is designed to rev up your metabolism so you burn calories around the clock to melt off your body even at rest. And, once you have mastered the moves, you can increase the weights you use in this workout to get even more results!
